Am I eligible to contract with Therapist Square?
To contract with Therapist Square, clinicians must:

You may bill for the CPT codes designated in your payor contracts (e.g., 90785, 90791, 90832, 90834, 90837, 90846, 90847, 90853, 99404) for Insurance | EAP pay clients. Note that not every payor contract reimburses for CPT codes 90785, 90853, and/or 99404.
You may also bill clients for private pay therapy, coaching, or business consultation sessions as well as for non-session services (e.g., assessment administration, assessment interpretation, collateral contact, email, late cancellation/no-show, legal appearances, letter/report writing, non-session meeting, text) as long as the fee is not prohibited by the payor contract to which we’re billing your client’s sessions if they are an Insurance | EAP client.
How does Therapist Square support its Contractors?
It’s important to us that you receive great and timely support! Our team will respond to each Support Request within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). We also offer an *Office Hour* most weeks of the year on a drop-in basis to answer questions, provide technical assistance, and to offer a forum for group case consultations.
How are medical records managed?
We are the custodian of records and retain all records in accordance with HIPAA requirements. However, while contracted with Therapist Square, you have full autonomy to process all record requests and Authorization to Use and/or Disclose Protected Health Information (ROI) requests from your clients.
Contract Termination
Should you choose to terminate your contract for Business Management Services provided by Therapist Square, you will need to provide written notice via email by no later than the 15th of the last month you’ll engage in services. Your contract will then expire at the end of that month. Please note that you will no longer be able to bill the insurances or EAPs we’ve credentialed you with beyond the expiration date of your contract. You will still receive direct deposits as scheduled until all pending billed services are paid.
